New Name For My Art Pieces
I got a good response to my survey on “Fragments” vs “Master-Pieces”, and so I am re naming the works to the latter.
Thanks to all of you who responded.

Hi Chris
I do kind of like the play on words and it kind of says it all. They are awesome and the site looks great too.

Chris – I think the change of names to “Master Pieces” is good, sometimes we can listen to our menfolk. Doing impressionists is good for fast painting (don’t try pointelism-not fast). Some of the impressionist used Oriental painting techniques – the loose brushwork giving the “impression” of the subject can be done fast – I learned how to do it from reading a book and produced a painting overnight – the flat on the table and different brush holding technique is also easy your body. Are you going to the “Open Studio” showing from the Brand Library?
The reception is Sat 7/7 4-7pm at the Brand Library Art Galleries – the studio tour starts at the Library Sun 7/8
12-6pm and you go in your own car to various locations to view different artists works – some at their studios.
