What a great setting to learn in. It is in the mountains in Eastern NM. Surrounded by trees and mountains and far from the crazy city.

This is another exec from Lawry’ corporate office. Brian Monfort. When he hired me, 20 years ago, he was the general manager at the Prime Rib in Beverly Hills. For many years now he has been an executive in our corporate offices. He runs 4 or 5 of the restaurants for the family.
